8th edition of the Entrepreneurship Transfer Summit @ Palais des Congrès de Montréal

📍 On April 15 and 16, 2025, the 8th edition of the Entrepreneurship Transfer Summit was held at the renowned Palais des congrès de Montréal, hosted by the Centre de transfert d’entreprise du Québec (CTEQ). This annual gathering has become a must-attend event for anyone involved in business transfers and acquisitions in Quebec.

For the third consecutive year, Boreal Technique was proud to be entrusted with the design, delivery, and operation of all stage and technological installations for this major event. This continued collaboration speaks volumes about the trust the CTEQ places in our team and showcases our growing expertise in the technical event production field.

The Entrepreneurship Transfer Summit is far more than just a meeting. It’s a true hub for knowledge sharing, networking, and strategic partnerships, where buyers and sellers, legal and financial experts, advisors, economic development professionals, researchers, and academics all come together to explore the future of business succession in Quebec.

To meet the technical and logistical demands of the event, we carefully configured multiple training rooms, as well as a large central plenary space designed to host up to 900 participants simultaneously. These spaces hosted a rich and diverse program featuring conferences, panels, workshops, training sessions, interactive exhibitions, and much more.

🎬 One of the highlights of this year’s summit was the main stage, where we deployed a visually immersive and dynamic concept: a series of custom-built LED screen totems aligned with the event’s branding. This installation not only elevated the visual identity of the summit, but also created a more engaging and professional experience for both on-site and online audiences.

To support this stage concept, we implemented a custom lighting setup, precision audio systems, and a full live video recording and webcasting infrastructure. These technologies allowed for real-time streaming and high-quality recording of all content, giving virtual participants full access to the event and extending the summit’s reach far beyond the venue.

🎥 This success was made possible through close collaboration with our long-time partner, Immersive Productions, who contributed to the audiovisual design, logistical coordination, and broadcast management. Together, we covered over 40 conferences across four rooms during the two-day event, ensuring every speaker was supported with optimal technical conditions.

Throughout the summit, our team remained fully dedicated, creative, and responsive, tackling every technical challenge with professionalism and passion. Our mission was clear: to deliver a seamless, high-quality, and memorable experience for attendees, speakers, and organizers alike.
