Charles Bruneau Foundation – Gastronomic Evening 2023

Working at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal is a major challenge for any supplier. It is a huge space and the requirements for working there are very strict from a supplier point of view. You have to be prepared and well organized. It is in this spirit of trust that we assisted our long-time client Fondation Charles Bruneau from an audiovisual point of view for this 8th edition of their Gastronomic Evening. It is through a Gatsby theme that the creativity of the audiovisual decor was imagined, delivered and operated by our team of professionals.

We provided a configuration with a central stage to give a 360-degree view of the important players of the foundation. An imposing chandelier and immense sails were installed in the center of a square structure of lighting bridges by our team. More than a hundred lights, a large-scale sound system and 8 screens were necessary to illuminate this evening bringing together several headliners from the artistic community and important players for the foundation.

It was in the company of the very warm host Dominic Arpin that the guests were immersed in this colorful benefit evening. The evening, which was a great success for the organization, raised $361,000 for the organization!
