Horizon 2024 Event

For its 30th anniversary event, we were commissioned by Immersive Productions to deliver the audiovisual installations for this major CAMAQ event in the EMAM hangars. We developed a unique stage concept with a rounded stage and LED screen totems that broadcast content in the event’s colors. Two large projection screens with 14k lumens projectors were installed for the approximately 200 guests who were present for the conference day. We also installed several light arches and LED tubes at the entrance to the room in the corridors to create a remarkable entrance for the guests (see video below). We adapted our equipment and resources to this imposing hangar, which presented several challenges such as electricity and internet.

In a second phase, our teams set up a second room for a closing cocktail in another room. Several gobos in the client’s colors, moving lights, DJ equipment, sound system and others were installed to dress this space which is normally the cafeteria of the Montreal Aerospace Trades School.
