The Laval Chamber of Commerce (CCILaval) organizes its recognition gala every year with a theme that adapts to new ideas. We are asked to propose a stage concept with 3D plans to present our ideas to an organizing committee that has a lot of ambitions and a budget to respect.
The Dunamis Gala aims to highlight, showcase, encourage and recognize entrepreneurs, businesses and their employees who dedicate themselves every day to advancing the local economy. It is therefore important to create an atmosphere and decor so that not only do these individuals feel rewarded at their true value, but also so that the guests are immersed in a creative event that reflects their economic hub.
For this 2018 edition, we proposed a unique central stage concept to really put the show close to the tables and engage people in the show. A performance by Cirque Éloise took place as well as the presentation of 16 recognition awards. Several special effects were integrated into this colorful annual celebration.
