The Laval Chamber of Commerce (CCILaval) organizes its recognition gala every year with a theme that adapts to new ideas. We are asked to propose a stage concept with 3D plans to present our ideas to an organizing committee that has a lot of ambitions and a budget to respect.
The Dunamis Gala aims to highlight, showcase, encourage and recognize entrepreneurs, businesses and their employees who dedicate themselves every day to advancing the local economy. It is therefore important to create an atmosphere and decor so that not only do these individuals feel rewarded at their true value, but also so that guests are immersed in a creative event that reflects their economic hub.
For this 41st edition, we proposed a concept with three giant screens with LED screen totems, LED tubes dressing the backstage and several lights adding a rich colorful atmosphere to the evening. An entrance outside the room was designed to attract attention when the doors opened. We also provided a team of 6 technicians and a stage manager who ensured the technical delivery and the evening. We were also called upon to film the winners and create capsules with them that were broadcast on the client’s Youtube channel.
It was with great success that this evening took place for the CCIL!
