From October 6 to 8, 2025, the Boreal Technique team had the privilege of delivering the complete audiovisual production for Acceleration Point, a large-scale corporate event organized by the technology company Quadbridge.
Held at the Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown, the three-day event brought together employees, partners, and executives for an intensive series of trainings, workshops, and keynote sessions.
The event spanned six different rooms within the hotel, including a main plenary hall fully transformed to reflect Quadbridge’s brand identity, as well as five breakout and training rooms designed to host simultaneous sessions.
Each space featured its own audiovisual setup, tailored to its specific purpose and presentation format.
The main plenary served as the centerpiece of the experience: an immersive and technology-driven environment designed to embody the spirit of Quadbridge. Our team developed a custom stage concept that blended visual impact and technical precision. The stage featured a large central LED screen spanning the full width of the platform, framed by vertical LED totems used both as scenic elements and dynamic display surfaces.
We also integrated pixel-mapped LED tubes, programmed to display the company’s brand colors and motion patterns, creating a vibrant and modern atmosphere. The design was completed with intelligent, synchronized lighting, inspired by the look and feel of major international tech conferences. This immersive setup gave attendees the impression of stepping into a world that truly reflected Quadbridge’s innovative brand image.

As the recommended in-house AV provider for the Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown, Boreal Technique had an in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and technical infrastructure. This expertise enabled seamless planning and execution, from design to delivery.
Our collaboration with Quadbridge began more than four months before the event, allowing time to fully understand their objectives, creative direction, and technical requirements for each session.
Throughout the process, our team provided end-to-end support — from concept development and visual design to technical coordination, rehearsals, and live execution. Despite the complexity of numerous technical cues and simultaneous operations across multiple rooms, every aspect of the production ran smoothly from start to finish.
For this project, a crew of ten technicians handled setup and teardown operations, supported by four on-site audiovisual specialists who managed the live production throughout the event.
Their responsibilities included lighting control, video playback, sound reinforcement, and real-time content management, ensuring a flawless execution for every session and speaker.
Each team member played a vital role in this collective success, bringing professionalism, precision, and adaptability to every challenge. Over three days, all systems operated perfectly, delivering a smooth and polished experience for every participant.
