2024 Retail Network Gala

We were mandated for a second consecutive year to deliver the stage installations for the 2024 Retail Network Gala of Videotron retailers. A grandiose event, which took place at the Château Royal – Reception Center in Laval. For this second year, our client opted for a gold-colored theme to give a chic look to this important recognition evening.

The stage, which was 72 feet wide, allowed the winners to go up on a “Catwalk” on the side. We installed two very large 12′ x 22′ projection screens with 14,000 lumen projectors. In addition, an LED screen was installed in the background with a unique LED tube configuration that gave an arrow effect. A 20′ high and 80′ wide curtain plan was mounted to create a black decor in the background of the stage. We also assembled a 10′ high and 40′ wide lighting bridge structure to install an imposing banner at the entrance of the establishment with LED lighting on the front. A ”Media wall” that allowed participants to take photos in front of a quality decor. Ten technicians were needed to assemble this large-scale concept.
