Our fulfillment process
Our team does not start work on the day of your event. It starts at the beginning, at the same time as you. Our fulfillment process speaks volumes about our commitment to our clients. This is the recipe for our success.
You submit your project and our specialists evaluate it in order to provide you with the most competitive quote, adapted to your specific needs. Corrections are made if necessary.
Once you have accepted, our logistics team gets started. The first information about your project is compiled and a logistics file is created. This file will evolve until D-day.
A crucial step to the success of your project. For us, this step serves as a starting point to understand your project and support you by clarifying your questions. It is also used to repatriate all the details of your project in a clear and precise file for our field teams. This file will serve as a bible during delivery. The preparation phase will be underway up to one week before the delivery of your project.
In the week preceding your project, we take the necessary time to ensure that we have absolutely all the necessary information to deliver a mandate in the best conditions for you. We also take the time to meet our managers who will be on the ground with you to explain the mandate to them.
This is where the magic happens. We send you our best field teams and a manager who is responsible for carrying out the project in relation to the logistics file that we have created for you.
