Our team doesn’t start working on the day of your event. We begin at the outset, alongside you. Being close to our clients is at the heart of our execution process.
You submit your project, and our specialists evaluate it to provide you with the most competitive proposal tailored to your specific needs.
Once the contract is awarded, our logistics team springs into action. The final details of your project are compiled, and a logistics file is created.
A crucial step for the success of your project. For us, this stage serves as the starting point to understand your project and provide support by clarifying any questions you may have. It also involves compiling all project details into a clear and precise file for our field teams. This file will act as a reference during delivery. The preparation phase will continue until one week before your project’s delivery.
In the week leading up to your project, we take the necessary time to ensure we have all the required information to deliver the project under the best conditions for you. We also take time to meet with our on-site managers to thoroughly explain the project to them.
This is where the magic happens. We send our best teams and a manager who is responsible for executing the project according to the logistics file.
